Planning Manager
ARCC is looking for Planning Manager
Requirements:
1. Must have a Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering course, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Must have at least ten (10) years proven experience in planning and scheduling with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role in a construction environment.
3. Have Oil & Gas Construction Experience.
4. Must have strong understanding of all construction stages and supply chain management principles.
5. Must be proficient in scheduling software and related tools.
6. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate across teams.
8. Proven leadership skills with experience in team management and motivation.
9. Detail-oriented and highly organized; capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
