🎯 Key Responsibilities:
🚚 Logistics Coordination
* Manage the efficient movement and delivery of materials and equipment
* Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and warehouse teams to ensure timely shipments
🛒 Procurement Support
* Assist in sourcing and purchasing of goods and services according to company policies
* Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships
📋 Documentation & Compliance
* Prepare purchase orders, contracts, and delivery documents
* Ensure compliance with procurement procedures and regulatory requirements
📈 Inventory Management
* Track inventory levels and support stock replenishment processes
* Collaborate with warehouse to monitor goods receipt and dispatch
🤝 Cross-functional Collaboration

✅ Qualifications & Requirements:
🎓 Diploma Degree (Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related fields)
📆 1-3 years of relevant experience in logistics and procurement
💡 Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
🖥️ Familiarity with procurement software and MS Office tools
