Construction Manager – Building projects, Commercial, Cultural, Mixed Use, large scale developments experience over 400M SR in value.
15 years experience minimum in Tier 1 major international construction groups, in the GCC. Salary to 40K SR,
MEP Technical Manager – major build projects MEP packages, technical management for design and delivery. 15 years in region on major projects with high value complex MEP packages/ systems, etc. Salary to 35K SR
MEP Construction Manager – major build projects with high value MEP content, packages, MEP management of execution / delivery. 15 years minimum experience in a major MEP contractor or Tier 1 main contractor environment.
All candidates must have a viable career record, no jumping around and a min 4 years average employment tenure.
Immediate appointments, or within 1 month notice.
Must be in #KSA or #UAE already and ready to go.
