Experience: 15+ Years
Notice Period: IMD to 15 days
Banking domain is highly preferred
Hybrid (few months onsite and later from offshore)
Strong Experience with Informatica MDM tools and technologies is MUST
Designing and implementing successful MDM solutions using the Informatica MDM platform is MUST
BFSI domain is highly preferred
Master Data Management (MDM) specialist with 15+ years of experience with expertise on design, implement, and manage comprehensive MDM solutions. A deep understanding of data management principles, architecture best practices, and MDM tools & technologies is expected from the individual. They will play a key role in ensuring the quality, consistency, and accessibility of master data across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design and implementation of MDM solutions:
Analyze business needs and data requirements.
Design and develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
Select and configure MDM tools and software.
Develop data cleansing, standardization, and matching rules.
Design and implement data governance processes.
Provide technical expertise and guidance:
Advise stakeholders on MDM strategies and best practices.
Collaborate with IT and business teams on MDM initiatives.
Develop and maintain technical documentation.
Manage and optimize the MDM platform:
Monitor performance and ensure data quality.
Perform capacity planning and disaster recovery planning.
Maintain and update the MDM system as needed.
Stay up-to-date on the latest MDM trends and technologies.
