• Analyze business needs and data requirements across various departments.
• Define the target state data architecture, aligning with business objectives and technology roadmap.
• Develop and implement data governance policies, standards, and procedures.
• Recommend and implement data management solutions, including data warehousing, data lakes, and data lakes.
• Design and develop logical and physical data models, considering scalability, performance, and security.
• Select and configure appropriate data integration tools and technologies.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility across the organization.
• Collaborate with data engineers, developers, and business analysts to implement data solutions.
